Flag Makers

I wrote my first blogpost at the beginning of a very busy month! In between Camp Aunt Mimi and Camp Grammy, quilt classes, and a book signing, I have been to the Maryland Historical Society to work on the flag. I took some guests with me and they volunteered by cutting stars for flag kits using a GoBaby die cutter. They worked…but had lots of fun!

They worked so well that they were allowed to take a stitch in the flag!

And took the job very seriously!

One day when we were there, Francis Scott Key came and learned how to stitch the flag!

It’s been an amazing month….and now it’s time to get ready for Quilt Odyssey in Hershey, PA!

Whew!
